Shipping & Returns

Products
Due to the nature of our handcrafted items each item may vary in color, design and size. We carry a large assortment of other items that are not currently on the website due to limited availability. If you are looking for items you have purchased in the past but not on the sight give us a call and we can discuss availability.

Payments
We accept Visa, MC and Debit Cards. All orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed. Please call 816-550-5495 to give us your credit card information or verify what we may already have on file.

Shipping and Handling $10-$15 We ship all orders through the post office. If an item is not available we will call you to discuss alternative items that are comparable. Orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.

Returns
Please contact us within 3 days for any damage or discrepancies with your order. All damaged items must be returned within 10 days by you the customer for an even exchange of a similar item.

Minimum Orders
Retail Customer $50 not including Shipping.

Wholesale Customer
A new customer must fax there tax id# prior to order being shipped and verify whether they sell from a place of business, internet, home based business etc. Minimum order for a new customer is $250- Minimum order for an existing/returning customer is $100-
