Apparel

• How Does Your Sizing Work?
  

  Most of our tops, dresses, and sweaters come in small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes, with selected models offered in extra-small. Where possible, we aim to focus on clothing that adjusts to different body shapes for a comfortable fit.

• Which Fabrics Are Your Clothes Made From?
  

  Our ladies’ clothing items are made from blends that feature cotton, polyester, viscose, rayon, and acrylic. We find that these synthetic fibers offer the wearer a soft texture, hang nicely when worn, and keep prices affordable for the general public.

• Do You Stock Children’s Clothing?
  

  At the moment, we only stock clothing for teenagers and adults. Within this range, we carry extra-small to extra-large sizes.

Bath Products

• Are Your Bath Products Made from Natural Ingredients?
  

  We have a number of different product types in our bath product collection, including soaps, shower bursts and bath teas, essential oils, lotions, and more. Where possible, we stock local and handmade bath products that feature natural ingredients. For example, some of our bath products have the following features:

  • Food-grade and vegan-friendly
  • All-natural ingredients
  • 100% pure
  • Handmade

• Is All of Your Jewelry Handmade?
  

  Within our selection of jewelry, you can find some pieces that are handmade and others that we have chosen based on their elegant design and affordable price point. Click on “handmade jewelry” under the “jewelry” tab to filter your search results and only view those that have been crafted by hand.

• Do You Sell Gift Cards?
  

  Yes! Gift cards are one of our top-selling products and come in amounts of $25, $50, $75, and $100. Simply enter the quantity and amount of gift cards you would like to purchase and click on “Add to cart” to buy.

Shipping

• How Long Does Shipping Take?
  

  All orders from our website ship within three business days to the contiguous states of the U.S.

• Do Your Prices Include Sales Tax?
  

  Our prices are not inclusive of sales tax. This tax will be added automatically at the checkout for Pennsylvania customers.

Returns

• What Is Your Returns Policy?
  

  You may return any not closeout item within 30 days of purchase provided that it unused and still has the original tags intact. Gift cards, sale items with 50% or more off, and items that are damaged, used, or worn may not be returned. If your package is damaged when it arrives, please take pictures of the item and its packaging and send them to us for review.

• Can I Return Clothing that Doesn’t Fit?
  

  Yes, provided that you return it within 30 days of purchase and is hasn’t been worn or the tags removed. If you marked the item as a gift at the checkout, a return-shipping voucher will be included so that the recipient can exchange the item for a gift card if they wish.

• What If There is a Mistake with My Order?
  

  Please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will rectify the mistake as soon as possible.
